Dr. Joe Forgey
Dr. Forgey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Butler University. From there, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University in 1975. He then completed his Pediatric Dental Residency at Riley Hospital for Children. Dr. Forgey is Board Certified and has practiced pediatric dentistry in Noblesville since 1977.

Dr. Chad Hazelrigg Dr. Hazelrigg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Purdue University. From there, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University in 1999. He then completed his Pediatric Dental Residency at Riley Hospital for Children and earned his Masters of Science degree at the same time. He is currently Board Eligible. Dr. Hazelrigg has practiced pediatric dentistry in Noblesville since 2001.

The Front Office
When you walk into Pediatric Dentistry of Noblesville you will be greeted with a smile from our Front Office Staff! They are the people you speak with on the phone and meet with to schedule appointments with our dentists. The Front Office Staff also assists in scheduling emergency visits during regular business hours and communicating special needs and circumstances to our dentists. They also assist you in gaining the most from your insurance policy by filling out insurance claims after your child’s visit.

The Back Office
Our Back Office Staff is a team made up of Dentists, Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists. The team strives to treat each individual with quality, care and compassion. And our dental assistants and dental hygienists are instrumental in the delivery of this care.

Our dental assistants have many roles in the back office. Some of their duties include: ensuring the unit is ready for each arriving patient; ensuring our dentists and hygienists have all the necessary clinical equipment during patient treatment; and providing support to our patients during the visit as well as patient/parent education to apply at home. Our dental hygienists are professionally trained to monitor and maintain your child’s oral health. Our hygienists are experts on home dental care and are available to answer your questions at anytime.
